From the moment we stepped into this luxury hotel, we were met with warm and welcoming staff who catered to our every need. The exclusive amenities provided in our room fulfilled all of our luxurious needs, including a private garden area where we could relax in peace. The In-room breakfast was fantastic, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Furthermore, the location was a huge advantage, as we were in the heart of the city, walking distance from the best restaurants and shops the area had to offer.

There was only one minor issue we had during our stay at this hotel, which was the slow service in the restaurant. Although the food was excellent, we had to call the staff two to three times to get our orders filled, which became frustrating.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - it's close to shopping streets and easy to get around the city. The staff was amazing - they were friendly, helpful and kind. I especially want to thank the receptionists who let me choose my room and checked it before I settled in. They understood my needs and gave me the perfect room. The doormen were also super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I cannot forget to mention how clean and modern the hotel facilities are. Finally, I appreciated that there was parking and transportation available for guests.

The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and amenities were not replenished daily. the room was noisy, facing a school, and not soundproof.

Our room was not soundproof at all, and we were woken up several times by the sound of other guests and housekeeping. The service at this hotel was incredibly slow, and we had to call multiple times for basic things like tissues, food, and water.
